Cyber Bullying.

My review from the video .

Bullying has undergone the new chapter in human history. Walking simultaneously with the technology, bullying enters the 21st century with a new perspective and new condition. For me, it is not a new thing. It is actually a normal situation if a stronger person take over the weak one in real life. But at this time, this kind of bullying does not need the face-to-face situation. One who has the guts to bully people on the virtual world, is free to bully others since there is no limitation of use on the internet.

The bullying, mostly known as cyber bullying, does not need physical strength and power to bully people. Just with the help of human's greatest creation - the internet, a person can bully other people via email, social network and blogs. This online harassment is mainly a serious problem. It can leave the victim feeling depressed and overwhelmed and if it is worsen, can lead someone to commit suicide.

I think that most people go cyber bullying because they are motivated by anger, revenge or frustration. Sometimes they do it for entertainment or because they are getting bored using the internet. But no matter what the situations are, cyber bullying is dangerous and threatening.

'Prevention is better than cure'. So, always keep in mind that the internet is accessible to millions of people in all parts of the world. Someone who may not even know who we are could want to hurt us. Do not give them the opportunity. Make sure that we never post or share something personal online. We also have to make sure that we are not compromising our friends  by posting information that could make them vulnerable to predators or cyber bullies. Another way to prevent cyber bullying is we must never talk to someone online that we have never met in person. If we really want be safe, we have to avoid chatting with anyone and strangers on the internet.

I think if we were following all the steps and applied them through life, I am guaranteed that we can avoid ourself from being one of the cyber bullying's victim.

An advice to you buddy!

No 21 Jalan Orkid,
Kuala Pilah,
Negeri Sembilan.

Dear stranger,

A big sympathy to you from an average guy who cares. I"m here to tell you that sometimes, life may be with you and sometimes life may be otherwise. I know that you are currently facing the second phase of severe depression in which, in my opinion can lead someone to commit suicide, similar thing that you want to do now. Here, I want to give you advice for you to think wisely and deeply about your decision of not wanting to live in this wonderful world.

For me, life is life, given by God, for us to live particularly and do everything we want to do because we only live once. No matter how hard the situation is, always think that there is a solution for all the problem that we face. Like in your condition, you think that everyone around you hate you much and didn't treat you like a normal human being right? But think again. Maybe there want to show it to you but because of your attitude, they refuse to do so. Just remember, 'Every cloud has a silver lining' .

I know that I'm not a good people yet a good adviser, but in a meantime, you must take my point to live in life. I, myself also face the same condition as you are. But I'm willing to overcome it with strength and hope with the help of family and close friends. I think that you can be as strong as me :) . And in life, we are not alone. Do remember, we have God. So, always pray to God. He knows the best for us !

Xoxo from  me . Have a joyful and meaningful life instead (:

Glee Review !

2.4 Duets

Rachel and Finn duet together on Elton John and Kiki Dee's "Don't Go Breaking My Heart," sounding so good that Finn's convinced that they'll win. But Rachel realizes that she's only been motivated to do well when something's in it for her. Inspired to be a better person like Finn, she suggests that they throw the competition in favor of Sam to make him feel like a part of the team and help carry them to win nationals. Impressed, Finn agrees, but he points out that this means there IS something in it for Rachel. They choose to ignore that and begin plotting their own failure.

Brittany offers to be Artie's girlfriend in a bid to pair up with him on the duet project, while Tina and Mike Chang's increasing arguments threaten both their duet and their relationship. Sam's agreed to duet with Kurt, but Finn tries to convince him that doing so means doom for his potential popularity. Sam plans to stick to his word, but a severe slushie-ing from Azimo and Karofsky makes him reconsider, especially when Quinn helps him clean up and a spark ignites between them.
Tending to his dad, Burt, who's recovering from his heart attack, Kurt opens up about his issues. Burt tries to counsel him about treading more carefully in his advances toward straight guys and learning to go it alone until he finds the right partner. Meanwhile, a cocky Mercedes and Santana team up for a fierce version of Ike & Tina Turner's "River Deep, Mountain High."

Kurt approaches Sam in the locker room shower, surprising him by releasing Sam from their pairing. Using the analogy of Grease and Grease 2, Rachel and Finn decide to perform not just a lesser song to throw their duet; they'll also make it an offensive song. Tina suggests that she and Artie team up to win and share the winning dinner together, but a smug Artie reveals that he's already musically - and romantically - paired.
Kurt announces that he'll be duetting with himself, because when you're special and different, sometimes you have to learn to go it alone. He sings "Le Jazz Hot" from Victor/Victoria in male/female duality. Sam proposes a duet with Quinn over a seductive guitar lesson that leads to a near kiss, but Quinn gets scared. Committed to regaining her popularity, she's worried about repeating her past mistakes by giving in to her needy feelings, so she refuses to duet with Sam.

Tina and Mike Chang team for an animated rendition of "Sing!" from A Chorus Line, using his seemingly awkward singing and dance skills to great advantage. Rachel tries to talk Quinn into partnering with Sam, but Quinn suspects an agenda; Finn works on Sam, and soon Quinn and Sam are a team. Artie and Brittany struggle with crafting their duet, as Artie realizes that he's not over Tina, but Brittany offers to help by seducing him.

Rachel and Finn unveil their designed-to-tank duet, performing Billy Preston and Syreeta's "With You I'm Born Again" in costume as a nun and a priest. They feign shock when Will and the glee club find it inappropriate. Sam and Quinn's chemistry ignites on Jason Mraz's "Lucky." Artie breaks up with Brittany after a scheming Santana poisons him against her; he's upset because Brittany took advantage of how important losing his virginity was to him after his accident.

Will announces that Sam and Quinn are the winners of the competition (by only two votes: Rachel and Finn's). Rachel sympathizes with Kurt, reassuring him that while he's lonely, he's not really alone because the glee club cares for him. She offers to duet with him, just for the two of them, in a genuinely agenda-less gesture.
Over dinner at Breadsticks, Quinn tries to keep her barriers up, but Sam wins her over when he admits that he bleached his hair to reinvent himself at McKinley. She takes away the winning coupon and tells Sam he's paying, because the dinner's now their first date. Rachel and Kurt duet on a bluesy mash-up of "Get Happy" and "Happy Days Are Here Again," à la Barbra Streisand and Judy Garland, and we see that a lonely Brittany feels genuinely bad about spoiling her relationship with Artie.

My review !

Synopsis of episode 4 : Mr. Schuester challenges the gleek to duet-competition before the Regionals . It is because he wants the glee club to have passions and guts to win the Regionals . So , whoever won the duets competition will grab seats at local restaurant Breadstix for two on his treat . Some of the members work hard while others take dirty tricks to win the seats .  But in the end , the winner goes to Sam and Quinn by the vote of the member of the Glee Club . From there on , Sam and Quinn relationship become closer and being a couple .

In my point of view , I think this episode give me the opportunity to think the positive and negative things about Western life . What I can learned about them that in positive ways are they give all their best in order to achieve something . Like Mike Chang and Tina , even though Mike Chang didn't have the singing talent inside him , but he try his best to impress his girl by winning two seats for Breadstix . In the negative ways , Britanny and Santanna are lesbians couple and Court is gay which can bring bad attitude to us to follow their habit which are strictly prohibited in our religious .

On contrary , I find it that Glee is not my thing . I prefer comedy series like Big Bang Theory or How I Met Your Mother instead of this musical drama . I think , this drama suit other teenagers and not for me plus this drama is definitely not my favourite tv series .

Friends and Friendship by Dr. Bill Denton

A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.  (Proverbs 17:17)

You can always tell a real friend: when you've made a fool of yourself, he doesn't fee you've done a permanent job (Laurence J.Peter)

A lot of people go through life with only a few friends. It seems that some have less than that. They have no one on whom they can call in good times or bad. There is no one with whom to bounce ideas around, or to talk about deep and troubling subjects. They have no one to call in times of need or difficulty. They are at the mercy of life, standing alone.

Others seem to have a multitude of friends. Wherever they go, people know them, and like to be around them. Should trouble strike, their biggest hesitation might be over which friend to call. They know exactly the person with whom to discuss the topics of inquiry and debate. Life is full of entertaining and invigorating relationships because it is full of friends.

There ought to be a course in school on friendship. Of course, some people are perfectly happy to operate with fewer friends. They might rather have a few deep and loyal friends, than many superficial ones. Others thrive best when friends are everywhere and numerous. It is not so much the number of friends that is important as is the possession of friends, period.

Friendship is a blessing...

Friendship is a blessing, and a friend is the channel through whom great emotional, spiritual, and sometimes even physical blessings flow. Friends can cheer us when we’re sorrowful or depressed. Friends can challenge us when we allow ourselves to get beyond our reasonable boundaries. Friends can motivate us when we’re ready to give in, and they can provide for us when life falls apart. They are there when all is well, and we want someone with whom to share life’s pleasant and memorable moments. We often just want them around to have a good time, to laugh, to act silly, to enjoy some mutually liked activity. In how many ways have friends enriched our lives and made us feel loved, accepted, respected and cared for? Probably, too many to list, and the list grows daily.

It is safe to say that when God created the world and all the majestic things in it, when he streaked the heavens with radiant color and the earth with grand mountains and awe-inspiring canyons, when he painted the plains with waving grasses and erected noble forests of towering trees, he outdid it all by creating friends. Why not take a moment or two and thank someone today for being a friend to you?

May God bless you with all the friends you need, and may he turn you into a blessing by using you as a friend to others.

My Review

First of all , I chose this article among thousands of them in the internet because I think this article has something that teach me the meaning of friendship . Even myself have a bunch of friends but didn't know the actual meaning of true friendship . By this article , I had learned that friends are whom that care much to us and complete our life .

The synopsis of the article can be conclude as the above :

Friends are people who live around us . They are more like family to us , but kind of not related to in the family tie . Most of us have friends in our life . They are completely the main part of our life besides family . The reason I said so because everyday in our daily life, friends are there for us when we have problems . Friendship can be define as something that we share with someone including the ideas, problem and even to share anything with .

My opinion about this article is I'm 100% agreed with the contents . The texts and meanings are eventually touched my heart . Now, I had realized that friends matter most to my life . Same like family but with friends, we can share anything beyond boundaries because most of them are the same age like us . They know how we feel in our life and the teenage problems that we face . They will try all of their best to solve our problems and that is the reasons why I love my friends so much!

As the conclusion , "A friend in need , is a friend indeed" . So , I want to thank God for giving me the beautiful friends of mine in my life . And to my friends , thanks for the loyalty and support in my 17 years of life . All I can say is 'I love you , friends' <3
